Affection Section

At the Affection Section guests can interact with small animals in a petting zoo type setting.

All throughout the park guests can learn about different animals, guided by cast members or on their own, at the different Animal Encounters.

Conservation Station

At Conservation Station guests can learn how the cast members care for the different animals of Animal Kingdom.

Discovery Island Trails

The Discovery Island Trails are small, winding trails around the Tree of Life that showcase the natural beauty of the park. Guests can also get close to the Tree of Life to get a better look at the different animal carvings in the tree.

The Oasis Exhibits

The Oasis Exhibits are located in the front of the park. These small exhibits feature different animal habitats that guests can learn about.

Character Experiences

Characters can be found wandering all throughout Animal Kingdom. Disney PhotoPass Photographers are on hand to be sure to capture all of your family’s memories.

The Pandora Drummers tell stories of Pandora culture through drumming.

The Pandora Rangers, straight from the movie, interact with guests to learn about Pandora.

Tam Tam Drummers of Harambe

The Tam Tam Drummers of Harambe play high energy African drums right in the heart of Harambe.

Nighttime Entertainment

Rivers of Light: We Are One

Taking place on the waters behind the Tree of Life, Rivers of Light: We Are One, features barges, fountains and projections to tell the story of nature.

During the show images from your favorite Disney and DisneyNature films are projected onto water screens.

Due to the proximity of the animals of the park there no fireworks during this show.

Tree of Life Awakenings

During certain times of the year, Tree of Life Awakenings is a projection show taking place on the Tree of Life.

Throughout the night different shows with projected images and music bring the Trees of Life together telling different stories of nature.
