Resort Overview

Bay Lake Tower at are the ‘home away from home’ rooms at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The rooms are Disney Vacation Club rooms but can be bought by anyone who wishes to stay there.

Bay Lake Tower was constructed between Magic Kingdom and Contemporary Resort offering a quick walk to the park or a quick Monorail ride to Epcot.

Bay Lake Tower does not have any of its own sit down dining or shopping locations – everything is shared with the hotel side of the resort.

The Contemporary Resort has its own Disney Vacation Club rooftop lounge – ‘Top of the World Lounge’ – that affords you great views of Magic Kingdom and the fireworks shows. You do have to be staying on a DVC reservation to access this lounge.
