By Continuing the celebration of The Haunted Mansion, Disney has released images of the new gingerbread house honoring the occasion.
Each year The Haunted Mansion in Disneyland is transformed with a Nightmare Before Christmas overlay. Part of this overlay is a handmade gingerbread house on display in the ballroom scene.
This years house is dedicated to the 50th anniversary milestone.
Going into making the 10 foot tall gingerbread house is:
- Over 30 pounds of gingerbread
- 120 pounds of frosting and icing
- 75 pounds of powdered sugar
- 140 pounds of fondant
